bento #29

This week is actually my spring break from teaching, but I still have plenty of bentos to post.

- pork tonkatsu
- potato salad... it was really good!  I guess I need to add more vinegar from now on
- cucumber slices
- cherry tomatoes
- baby carrots
- snow peas

I love the line of vegetables... they look so pretty!


  1. I agree. I think veggies are the most effortless items in a lot of bentos (at least in most of mine!) because they are so pretty and, well, natural, to begin with.

  2. How did you make the potato salad? I like the stuff, but have yet to find a recipe that I LOVE!

  3. Mine was really yummy this time... boiled potatoes, sliced scallions, with mayo/miracle whip, yellow mustard, vinegar, garlic salt, and pepper.
