So, starting last Tuesday, I was supposed to go vegetarian for two weeks (because I've been eating too much junk lately!). Except that I ate chicken on Friday and Saturday and Monday.... oh well. Let's just say mostly vegetarian. ;)
- corn-stuffed cheesy peppers (corn, cheese, garlic, and poblano peppers inside a green pepper)
- carrot slaw (with raisins and walnuts)
- half a mini bagel, buttered and sprinkled with garlic salt
- strawberries
Yum, that stuffed pepper sounds and looks good
