NOODLE! Yum, comfort food. I have no idea why I always think of it in the singular, but I always call this dish Noodle for some reason... no matter what it contains... as long as there are noodles!

Amen on the soy sauce... that stuff is magic. :) Noodles in mushroom broth... now, that's an idea I have to try!
